What techniques are available?
Laser Gum Recontouring is the procedure of using a dental laser to remove excess gingiva (gum tissue) from the front of the teeth, revealing the underlying tooth surface, and creating a fuller, balanced and aesthetically pleasing smile. Gum re-contouring will sometimes be a concurrent treatment before the placing of veneers. Dr King has utilised dental lasers for many years, and is also a qualified trainer in laser dentistry.
