Missing Teeth

What treatments are available?

• Dental Implants replace a missing tooth by implanting a ‘new’ artificial tooth surgically into the jaw. Implants are fabricated in a dental laboratory using a specially developed combination of materials that allow the implant to fuse naturally with bone over time, becoming strong like  the original tooth.
• Dental Bridges are restorations that replace a missing tooth by creating a ‘new’ tooth (or row of teeth) which is supported in position by being bonded to the teeth next to them. Bridges literally ‘bridge’ the gap between two teeth, and can restore a smile without the need for a partial denture or implant surgery.
