This gentleman presented with gaps and tooth wear, and felt some teeth were too small and discoloured. Acknowledging aesthetics were an issue, this patient had otherwise very healthy teeth. After carefully planning a treatment that would create symmetry and balance, eight ‘Platinum’ porcelain veneers requiring minimal tooth preparation were used to create a smile that complemented the patient’s facial features.
